Different scars need different solutions

A stronger treatment is not automatically a better treatment. Energy level, treatment depth, interval and total number of sessions need to be appropriate for the scar type and skin. Medium and deeper skin tones require careful attention to inflammation and the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Preparation and aftercare can be as important as the procedure itself.
Scar improvement is gradual because many procedures rely on wound healing and collagen remodelling. Texture may continue to change after the visible redness has settled. Complete removal is not a realistic promise, and some scars respond more than others. The aim is meaningful softening and smoother light reflection, not airbrushed skin.
